Refund Policy

All fees must be paid in full by JUNE 19, 2026

If the team folds prior to certification, a full refund of amount paid will be issued. (Please see below regarding uniform items & fees)

If your child is injured and unable to return for the remainder of the season (and is therefore no longer part of the team), a pro-rated refund will be issued.

If your child is removed from the team due to failing to maintain a 2.0 GPA, or voluntarily withdraws(quits), a refund will NOT be issued.
If your child or division is cut after certification for any reason, no refund will be issued.

Uniform Items: If any items have already been ordered (Spirit Pack, jerseys), no refund will be issued for those items. All ordered items must be paid in full before they can be received.

Any refund request must be formally submitted to the EM/SEM Jets Youth Football and Cheer City Board of Directors. A refund approval form will be provided and must be completed in full when the refund is issued.
